🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you wear from Amazin Apparels — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order.


🛍 What Items Are Eligible for Return?

We accept returns on:

  • Full-priced items in original, unworn condition

  • With tags attached and no signs of use (including scent, makeup, damage, or stretching)

  • Returned within 7 calendar days of receiving your order


❌ What Items Are Non-Returnable?

  • Sale or discounted items (including sitewide promotions)

  • Custom or pre-order items

  • Items not returned in original condition

  • Accessories, undergarments, and headwear (for hygiene reasons)


🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@amazinapparels.com within 7 days of receiving your order
    Include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return address

Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked and signed delivery to ensure your item arrives safely.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be rejected and returned to you


🔁 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.


❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if your order arrived faulty or incorrect. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your package with photos and your order number so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet our criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense

  • Amazin Apparels reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with this policy
