We want you to love what you wear from Amazin Apparels but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order.
What Items Are Eligible for Return?
We accept returns on:
- Full-priced items in original, unworn condition
- With tags attached and no signs of use (including scent, makeup, damage, or stretching)
- Returned within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
❌ What Items Are Non-Returnable?
- Sale or discounted items (including sitewide promotions)
- Custom or pre-order items
- Items not returned in original condition
- Accessories, undergarments, and headwear (for hygiene reasons)
🔁 How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@amazinapparels.com within 7 days of receiving your order
Include:
Your full name
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return - Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return address
Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked and signed delivery to ensure your item arrives safely.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If your return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be rejected and returned to you
🔁 Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
❗ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- First check with your bank or payment provider
- Then contact us at support@amazinapparels.com
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if your order arrived faulty or incorrect. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your package with photos and your order number so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

- Returns that do not meet our criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense
- Amazin Apparels reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with this policy
