🛍 What Items Are Eligible for Return?
We accept returns on:

With tags attached and no signs of use (including scent, makeup, damage, or stretching)

Accessories, undergarments, and headwear (for hygiene reasons)
🔁 How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return address
Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked and signed delivery to ensure your item arrives safely.
💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be rejected and returned to you
🔁 Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
❗ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if your order arrived faulty or incorrect. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your package with photos and your order number so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
